Neil Newstead Founder and CEO of Oakfield Estate Agents is delighted to announce the acquisition of Andrews Estate Agents (Hastings, Bexhill and Eastbourne).
Andrews Hastings Branch was first opened in 1973, over this time Andrews have built an amazing reputation and brand awareness, however after much consideration they have decided that the time has come for them to focus their resources away from the South Coast.
Andrews portfolio of sales, lettings, and property management, as well as the current local team and Hastings prime flagship office have been merged into Oakfield Estate Agents.

“The current premises located at 60-61 Robertson street, Hastings is already undergoing a full refurbishment project and is due to be fully operational within the next two weeks, and at that time the local team in St Leonards will move into the new branch joining the existing Andrews team. Our Head office in St Leonards will remain home to our Property Management, Accounts and Block Management teams.”
