Block Management

Beth joined the company in 2017, working in our Block Management team as an Administrator. Beth demonstrated a natural ability for management and progressed to work as a Property Manager looking after her own portfolio of clients, and she now supports the rest of the team as a Senior Property Manager. Beth is highly organised and driven, and absolutely loves working in the industry.

Ellie joined the company in 2024 as an Assistant Property Manager. Although relatively new to the industry, Ellie has taken the role like a duck to water and is consistently helpful, confident as well as a great team-player. Ellie hopes to continue training to work towards a qualification in the Leasehold Sector and progress to become a Property Manager for the team in the future.

Hannah joined the company in 2020 as a Trainee Property Manager having studied and achieved a BSc (Hons) in Property Development at the University of Portsmouth. Hannah was very determined from the off and progressed to work as a Property Manager with her own portfolio of clients very quickly. Hannah is highly efficient and approaches everything with a real ‘can do’ attitude.

Iesha is the newest member of our team having joined us in April 2024 as a Trainee Property Manager. Iesha has enrolled with The Learning Curve Group to complete an apprenticeship and will be starting her journey towards getting her qualifications and membership with The Property Institute (TPI). She has already fitted very well into the team and is enjoying the challenge.

Jessie joined the company in 2021 as an Assistant Property Manager and continues to work in this role today. As our most experienced Assistant, Jessie helps to support the wider team and is known as the ‘back bone’ of the department. She is very much liked by our clients due to her positive attitude and friendly nature; nothing is too much trouble, and you can always rely on her.

Lily joined the company in 2019 as an Administrator to assist with accounts management for our portfolio. Lily quickly developed a real love for the financial side of management and her hard work and dedication progressed her to being our Senior Accounts Administrator, now taking responsibility for our accounts team and ensuring clients have full satisfaction and assurance that they are in good hands.

Matt joined the company in 2022 as an Accounts Administrator and continues in this role today. Matt has a real niche for numbers, and this coupled with his love for the job makes him a popular member of the team for both our staff and our clients. Matt is polite and hard-working and provides unwavering support to the accounting management of our sites.

Rachel joined the company in 2013 and is a qualified member of TPI (The Property Institute). Rachel very quickly progressed and now manages the whole Block Management team on a day-to-day basis. Rachel is very proud of the team around her and plays a huge role in supporting both the team and our clients, leading the way and setting the highest example to maintain top standards.

Samantha joined the company in 2004 and is a qualified member of TPI (The Property Institute). Samantha oversees our Estate & Block Management department along with the finances for the company and is passionate about customer service, having maintained excellent working relationships with our long-standing clients.

With a lifetime of experience in the construction industry he plays a vital role in the team offering essential advice a guidance. Steve has a wealth of knowledge in everything from property maintenance up to full new build construction.

Verity joined the company in 2022 as an Assistant Property Manager and continues to work in this role today. Verity came from working in a leasehold building in London and brought a first-class customer service to our team with her. Verity is polite, friendly, and a real pleasure to work alongside, always giving 100% effort to everything asked of her.
