Our Estate and Block Management department is led by Director Kerry Newstead, who has been part of the Oakfield family for over 20 years. Kerry brings extensive organisational expertise and strong leadership to the department, ensuring a structured, compliant and highly responsive service for our clients. She is supported by Steve, our Technical Director, whose background in building and construction provides valuable technical oversight across our portfolio, particularly in relation to maintenance planning, compliance and major works.

They are supported by a strong and experienced team comprising two Senior Property Managers, two Property Managers, two dedicated support team members and a specialist accounts team of three. Together, they cover the full spectrum of our clients’ needs, providing a comprehensive, hands-on and tailored service across every aspect of estate and block management.

When it comes to management, we know it’s all about the service our customers receive, and our team consistently goes out of its way to look after our clients. We take pride in building long-lasting working relationships, something that is clearly evidenced across our managed portfolio. Each site is assigned a dedicated property manager, ensuring consistency, accountability and clear communication at all times.
