Step 2 – Marketing details
We will take professional photos of your property and create a detailed floorplan, giving potential tenants a clear view before they even step inside. Our marketing is designed to showcase your property at its very best, reaching the right audience quickly and effectively. At the same time, we’ll guide you through all the compliance requirements needed for a smooth and successful let.
Step 3 – Viewings
Before scheduling a viewing with any applicant, we ask them to complete a detailed application form and carefully review the full property information we provide. This allows us to assess their suitability and ensure they fully understand the property’s features and requirements. By doing this, we can confidently invite only the most qualified and genuinely interested tenants to view your home, saving you time and reducing unnecessary visits.
Step 4 – Accepting a Tenant
We often receive multiple applications for a property, and when this happens, we carefully review each one and gather all the relevant details, including references and financial checks. Step 6 – Tenants move in day
