Accounts team

Working alongside our property managers is the accounts team, a team specifically dedicated to make sure our Landlords get their rents the same day they are paid. In the unfortunate event that rental arrears should occur the accounts team are there to work seamlessly between our Landlords and Tenants to ensure that missed payments are caught up.

Compliance & Protection

At Oakfield we put compliance and transparency with our Clients at the forefront, we are members of ARLA Propertymark the Governing body for letting agents as well as safe agent so our Landlords and Tenants know that the money held by us is protected in accordance with Client money protection legislation at all times. Furthermore in the unfortunate event you do have a complaint regarding our services our membership with the Property Ombudsman gives our Clients the option to choose for the matter to be investigated independently.
