Located in the Warrior Square area, Warrior House is a converted hotel housing 30 flats. After successfully managing Warrior House for three years, Oakfield are excited to continue to working closing with the Freeholders.
Located in the Warrior Square area, Warrior House is a converted hotel housing 30 flats. In 2022 we were approached by the Freeholders to take over the management of the building under a fully managed service.


Since our time as managing agents we have built an extremely positive working relationship with the Freeholders of the building. Although we are appointed under a fully managed service, the Freeholders continue to have involvement with the larger projects., with the external repairs and redecoration being in the pipeline.
A crucial part of our management is to ensure the building meets the minimum requirements of all the current legislation. Following the release of the Building Safety Act 2022, Warrior House is now classed as a high-rise building, meaning that various requirements must be met under the act. Oakfield are in the process of ensuring that the building implements these changes.
