We are delighted that the monthly donations we are making to our charities is increasing each month with £450 being paid this month, bringing our overall total since we started making the donations four months ago, to a fantastic £1500!
We introduced our Community Pledge scheme last year with the aim to give something back to our community. For every property we sell we make a £50 donation upon completion to a charity chosen by the Vendor from our panel of six carefully selected charities which we feel offer an amazing service directly within our local area.
This month we have made the following donations:
Demelza Childrens Hospice – £150 (3 x vendor donations)
Warming up the Homeless – £150 (3 x vendor donations)
Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare – £100 (2 x vendor donation)
Holding Space – £50 (1x vendor donation)
Community is at the heart of everything we do and with our team all living in the area we work, to get involved and be able to make a difference means such a lot to all of us. It has been an absolute pleasure to get an insight into the work that these organisations do and to see how much dedication and commitment it takes for these charities to offer the invaluable service they provide. We are looking forward to continuing our support with further plans to do more volunteering and assisting at events over the coming months.
