Located in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Balmoral House is a substantial five storey Victorian building with 22 stunning apartments across three separate entrances.
The building has been successfully managed by our team since 2013 when we were approached by residents looking for assistance with their Right to Manage application.
We were able to provide advice and were pleased to have helped the residents through the application process, eventually being formally appointed as their managing agent once the leaseholders acquired their right to take control of the building.
