Our centralised Property Management team are located at our Head office in St Leonards on Sea, situated on Castleham Industrial Estate. Our dedicated team are responsible for looking after our lettings managed properties across Hastings, Bexhill and Eastbourne.

Oakfield Estate Agents’ Property Management team is based at our head office in St Leonards. Heading the team is Chloe Taylor supported by a fantastic team of experienced property managers who pride themselves on their proactive approach and who enjoy the trust of all our landlords and tenants.
When you visit our head office to meet them, the friendly, outgoing staff will welcome you and immediately put you at your ease. You will know straight away that you are in the hands of experienced professionals.
Whether our clients need a full refurbishment of a property or a simple maintenance task, the team works closely with our trusted contractors, with whom we have forged excellent working relationships over the years so that they complete all work to the highest standards and on time.
Our team all lives locally, and so have an excellent knowledge of all the areas in which we operate.

Property Manager
Ashley’s career began in 2009 working within Lettings and Property Management, during his time in the industry Ashley has become a fully qualified member of ARLA. Ashley's experience places him in a perfect position to help look after our busy letting’s portfolio, all with a smile on his face!
CHLOE TAYLOR MARLA
Property Management Director
Starting her career with Oakfield in 2011. Chloe heads up our Property Management team, her high level of organisation ensures the whole department’s smooth running. Chloe is a fully qualified member of ARLA & is incredibly proud of the team she has built and loves being part of Oakfield.
JENNI LEWIS
Tenancy Administrator
Jenni has been with Oakfield since early 2023, she is an absolute gem not only does she go above and beyond daily carrying out mid-term inspections for our whole portfolio throughout East Sussex, but she also carries out all professional photography for Oakfield.
KIRSTY BERWICK
Property Manager
Kirsty is truly passionate about supporting landlords and tenants, she always goes that extra mile to ensure everyone is well looked after. Currently studying towards her ARLA qualification Kirsty is a real asset to the team.
LARN HANCOCK
Tenancy Renewals Manager
Larn is our Tenancy Renewals Manager with over 15 years of experience in lettings. Larn has exceptional communication skills and works with landlords and tenants to ensure all parties’ smooth continuation of tenancies.
LUCY WHITE MARLA
Senior Property Manager
Lucy started with Oakfield in 2016 as an Apprentice, has progressed through the company, gained her ARLA qualification & is now our Senior Property Manager. Lucy ensures that her landlord’s properties are well maintained and looked after, and tenants are kept well informed and updated throughout their lettings journey.
LUKE SEYMOUR
Property Manager
Starting in property over 8 years ago, Luke’s experience means he is wholly dedicated to ensuring matters are resolved for both landlords and tenants very thoroughly. Luke is currently working towards his ARLA qualification.
SOMMER SELLENS
Property Management Apprentice
Sommer is the newest member of the team here at Oakfield, starting as our Property Management Apprentice. Sommer has enrolled with The Learning Curve Group to complete an apprenticeship, starting her journey towards getting her qualifications and membership with The Property Institute. She is a perfect addition to the team and is thoroughly enjoying everything property management.
STEVE RUXTON-COCKER
Technical Director
With a lifetime of experience in the construction industry he plays a vital role in the team offering essential advice a guidance. Steve has a wealth of knowledge in everything from property maintenance up to full new build construction.
ZOE MATTHEWS
Senior Property Manager
Working within the Property Industry since 2014, Zoe has excellent knowledge of Lettings and Maintenance and always provides the best service to all of her Landlords and Tenants. Zoe is currently working towards her ARLA qualification and looks forward to being fully qualified.
