Our dedicated Accounts team work out of our Head office on Castleham Industrial Estate in St Leonards on Sea. Our skilled team are responsible for ensuring rents are collected and Landlords are paid on our lettings managed properties across Hastings, Bexhill and Eastbourne.
Accounts
Oakfield Estate Agents’ Accounts team works from our head office in St Leonards. Charlotte Diamond, our accounts manager, leads it while the whole team works closely to manage all the finances relating to our lettings portfolio efficiently. Whether they’re processing rent payments for landlords or getting tenants in rent arrears back on track, the team is expert in everything it does.
And anyone visiting our head office to meet this team receives a warm welcome.
Team members work very closely with the other departments within the business, as well as with our clients, who rely on them to receive the best advice about their property finances. The team also takes huge pride in the trust our clients place in them.

CHARLOTTE DIAMOND MARLA
Accounts Manager
Charlotte started at Oakfield in 2017 as an accounts administrator and has worked her way up to Accounts Manager, becoming fully ARLA qualified. She oversees the day-to-day running of the accounts team and is committed to ensuring that our clients receive the best service at all times.
EMMA SAVILLE
Company Book Keeper
Emma joined the company in 2020 as the Company Book-Keeper, bringing with her 15 years of accounting experience. Emma takes this important role on with both hands, and her innovative approach has transformed the management of the company’s finances. Emma is a well respected member of the team and a real asset to the company.
SKYE STANDIVAN
Accounts Administrator
Skye joined Oakfield as an Apprentice in 2020, passing her course with flying colours she quickly progressed as an Accounts Administrator and is working towards her ARLA qualification. Skye has a keen eye for detail and is always on hand to help our clients with anything they need.
ZOE WHITE
Accounts Administrator
Zoe is one of our Accounts Administrators, working with Oakfield since 2021 she provides a high level of customer service and goes above and beyond for her clients. Zoe is currently working towards her ARLA qualification and looks forward to being fully qualified to support her in her role.
