Oakfield are delighted to announce a new addition to our Block and Estate Management portfolio.
Oakfield has been appointed as the managing agents of a property in Claremont, which is in the centre of Hastings. The property is a block of 6 units made up of both commercial and residential properties. Having decided the time had come to change managing agents, Oakfield was recommended to the Directors who then made the decision to appoint us to take over the management of their property. The day to day running of the property will be dealt with from our Head Office, as is the case with all of our portfolio, where we have a team of staff dedicated to the day to day running of our Block and Estate Management portfolio.
