Oakfield’s Block Management portfolio has grown further with the addition of Strathmore Court in Bexhill. The seafront block of 6 flats on De La Warr Parade has, up until now, been self-managed by the residents who take a very active role in the day to day running of the building. They have however decided it is time to hand over the reins to a managing agent to relieve them of some of their obligations.
One of the residents of Strathmore Court is also a Leaseholder of another Bexhill block under our management and recommended Oakfield’s services to his fellow residents having had first-hand experience of Oakfield’s proactive management.
