PRE 1st JUNE 2019 TENANCIES
DURING YOUR TENANCY:
Amendment to a Tenancy Agreement: £120 (inc VAT)
Where a change is made to the current tenancy agreement for example the rent date is changed or an additional clause is added.
Renewal of Fixed Term Tenancy (Tenant’s share): £100 (inc VAT)
At the end of your fixed term period a renewal of tenancy would be required this would include, contract negotiation, amending and updating terms and arranging a further tenancy and agreement.
ENDING YOUR TENANCY:
End of Tenancy Checkout report: £100 (inc VAT)
Attending the property after you have vacated to undertake an updated Schedule of Condition based on the original inventory and negotiating the repayment of the security deposit(s).
Future Landlord Reference: £35 (inc VAT) per reference request
Collating information on your current Tenancy and preparing a reference for a future landlord or letting agent.
OTHER POTENTIAL TENANCY CHARGES:
Out of Hours Services: £96.00 per hour (inc VAT) plus any actual costs incurred
Where actions of the tenant results in the agent (or nominated contractor) attending the property, time to remedy the situation is charged at the hourly rate.
Unpaid Rent / Returned Payments: £30 (inc VAT)
Where the Tenant falls in to arrears and action is taken by the agency a charge is added to the account. In the event an overpayment is made and funds need to be returned to the Tenant a deduction is made to cover our time and bank charges.
Call out with Keys: £40 (inc VAT) during office hours – £80 (inc VAT) out of office hours
Should we need to attend the property for the Tenant(s) to gain access when locked out.
This schedule of tenancy permitted payments and default charges will apply until 1st June 2020.
