Martlet House in Cranston Avenue, Bexhill on sea is the latest addition to Oakfield’s Block and Estate Management portfolio. The property is a block of 10 flats with communal gardens and a block of garages.
Having very successfully self-managed Martlet House for a number of years the Residents and Directors made the decision to place the management with a manging agent due to the Company Secretary and one of the Directors taking the decision to retire from their duties. Neil Newstead, CEO attended and met with the Directors to discuss the management package Oakfield offer and he will now be liaising with the Board of Directors along with the rest of the Block Management team to facilitate a smooth and efficient handover of management to Oakfield.
