We are very pleased to welcome Glenn Taylor to our team. Glenn has joined our team to head up the busy property management department in Hastings. This team has had a number of changes in recent months and the roles have become a lot more focused on customer service, and ensuring we build more of a rapport with both our Landlords and tenants.

Glenn brings with him 5 years’ experience in property management and considers his strongest strength to be customer service, along with first-hand experience in property management

Glenn is supported by Emma Storey and Jasmine Morton our Property Administrators. Emma joined us at the start of 2018 having worked in customer care and administration for 5 years. Jasmine has been with us since November 2017 and like Emma comes from a customer service and administration background. Both have spent the last few months undergoing training for their new roles directly with Neil, who himself is a fellow of the Association of Residential Letting Agents, a member of Intistute of Resential Property Managers and boasts in the excess of 25 years lettings experience.

The team will deal with all issues from maintenance, property inspections, check outs, licensing, deposits, gas and electrical inspections and legislation requirements.
