Pancake day is upon us and I think we would all agree it is one of the best days of the year! What other day is it acceptable to eat Pancakes for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner?

Are you making pancakes today? If so, follow our Easy Pancake recipe…

Ingredients

100g plain flour

2 large eggs

300ml milk

1 tbsp sunflower or vegetable oil, plus a little extra for frying

And your toppings … nutella and strawberries are always a good choice or the traditional lemon and sugar!

Method

Pop the flour, eggs, milk and sunflower or vegetable oil all into a bowl or large jug and whisk it all together until you have a smooth batter.

Set a frying pan over a medium heat and carefully wipe with some oiled kitchen paper.

Once the pan is warm pour some of the batter in leaving the pancakes to cook for 1 minute on each side until they’re golden. Once cooked pop them in the oven to keep them warm whilst the other ones are cooking.

Once all cooked served with the topping of your choice and enjoy!

Happy Pancake Day.
