It is with great pride we can announce that Neil Newstead, CEO of Oakfield Estate Agents is now a fully qualified member of a The Institute of Residential Property Managers (IRPM) having passed the members exam which is the final of three exams to obtain IRPM Membership.
The IRPM is a professional organisation whose objective is to promote and stimulate improvements in the technical and general knowledge of individuals engaged in residential Block Management. In doing so, it aims to achieve high standards of practice and professionalism in Block Management. Its members are required to operate within IRPM’s code of professional conduct.
The IRPM qualification is widely recognised in the block management industry as a prestigious and highly regarded qualification. Neil is delighted to now add this qualification to his others, also being a Fellow of The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and a Member of The National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA).
Having received his results confirming he has passed Neil advised ‘IRPM Membership is one of the highest accolades in the Block Management industry and to have obtained this qualification is an achievement I pride myself on. With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, I feel this qualification further demonstrates my knowledge and expertise of Block Management’.
