Trainee Lettings Negotiator
Salary £13,000 – £15,000 + commission
This is an entry level role for an employee joining the company with no experience in the lettings industry. Within the role they will be supported by the senior members of the team to learn the job and about the lettings industry. A Trainee Lettings Negotiator’s role would include booking and attending viewings with Applicants, calling through properties, Applicant management and liaising with Applicants throughout the application process when taking a property. We would expect an employee to be a Trainee for at least 12 months before becoming a Lettings Negotiator.
Salary £14,000 – £16,000 + commission
This role is the next level from being a Trainee Lettings Negotiator or a role that would be suitable for an Employee who is joining the company with at least 12 months experience in the industry. The role is similar to that of a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, but we would expect a Lettings Negotiator to have a much more in depth knowledge of the Lettings processes and legislation as well as be able to work more independently. We would also expect a Lettings Negotiator to achieve their Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.
Lettings Marketing Consultant
Salary £17,000 – £19,000 + commission
This is a role for an employee with at least 2 years experience in the industry, they would have an excellent knowledge of the lettings process and legislation as well as hold their Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management. A Lettings Marketing Consultant would not only deal with Applicants assisting them in the renting of a property, but they would also liaise with Landlords particularly repeat Clients re-letting their properties.
Senior Lettings Marketing Consultant
Salary £18,000 – £20,000 + commission
This role is for an employee who is well established within the industry, their knowledge of lettings legislation would be outstanding. A Senior Lettings Marketing Consultant would be expected to liaise with Landlords to win new business, they would be expected to seek new business opportunities by means of canvassing and any other resources available to them. They would carry out Marketing Proposal Meetings with potential new Landlords as well as liaising with the Negotiator to ensure properties are let.
Salary £20,000 – £23,000 + commission
A Lettings Manager would oversee the Lettings Team within the Branch working closely with the Branch Manager/Partner to ensure that the Branch targets are being met and that the Lettings team is working to its full potential. You would support the Lettings staff working ensuring all opportunities for new business are being pursued furthermore and ensuring that properties are being let and where they are not letting quickly identify why. A Lettings Manager would be expected to have their Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management or be studying for it.
Salary £25,000 + bonus based on branch profit
This is a role for an employee with at least 3 years proven track record within Oakfield. A Branch Manager will oversee the running of the branch liaising closely with the Sales and/or Lettings Manager ensuring that the departments are working to their full potential and achieving the set targets for the branch. A Branch Manager will hold either a Level 3 Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property or Residential Lettings and Property Management.
Salary based on experience
A Branch Partner will be well established within Oakfield with proven track record of success within the business. Their knowledge of company processes and procedures would be outstanding, they would be experts within their field and be qualified in either a Level 3 Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property or Residential Lettings and Property Management.
Senior Branch Partner
Salary based on experience
A Senior Branch Partner is a role for an individual who like a Branch Partner is very well established within Oakfield. Their knowledge and understanding both of the procedures within the business and the legislation of the industry will be outstanding. They are considered fundamental to the running and growth of the business. They would be qualified in both the Level 3 Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property and Residential Lettings and Property Management to demonstrate their expertise across both areas of the business.
