Congratulations to two of Oakfield’s apprentices Molly Griffin and Patrick Woolgar who have today both received promotions. Molly and Patrick joined Oakfield in the Summer of 2016 as part of our new apprenticeship programme with Sussex Coast College.
Molly joined our Block Management team at our Head Office as a Block Management Administrator and it soon became clear that with her dedication, enthusiasm and genuine interest in Block Management she was going to go far. When, this week, a vacancy within the team for an Assistant Property Manager came available Molly was by far our obvious choice and we are delighted she has accepted this role.
Patrick is an administration apprentice in our Hastings branch, since day one he has shown a real passion for the property industry and he quickly set his sights on becoming a Negotiator. He has proven himself to be an extremely valuable member of staff going above and beyond what is expected of him and assisting his colleagues wherever he can. As with Molly, when the vacancy arose for a Lettings Negotiator Patrick was the obvious choice
Both Patrick and Molly have quickly found their feet in the roles they do and shown themselves to be extremely valuable members of staff. At Oakfield, we always endeavour to promote within and recognise the success of staff. We are so proud of not just Patrick and Molly but all of our Apprentices across the company who show excellent work ethic and dedication to the company.
