As an independent Estate Agent with four branches Oakfield Estate Agents has a close family feel. All the staff within the branches know each other and work closely together to offer the best service we can to our Clients. Neil Newstead our CEO along with our Company Directors Samantha, Steve and Kerry take a direct and hands on approach to running Oakfield Estate Agents. They are often in our local branches meeting Clients and assisting our staff to ensure that the experience you have with us is the best it can be.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Oakfield Estate Agents know that in order to ensure that your staff are the best they can be training is essential. When you start your career with Oakfield you will have induction training to learn our systems and our procedures. Throughout your employment other training sessions are run by Directors for them to pass on their knowledge and experience to you, as well as on the job training and assistance from your Colleagues and Branch Manager.
In addition to ‘in house’ training all staff are required to take the relevant exams to become qualified in their field. Arla propertymark, naea propertymark and IRPM all offer qualifications for the lettings, sales and block management industries. Oakfield Estate Agents fully support our employees with this learning process, we cover the cost of the exams and learning materials and upon completion of the exams employees have a pay review to incentivise their learning.

We understand that as an employee you like to know the career path ahead of you and what skills you need to develop or qualifications you need to achieve to move forward in your career. We have a clear career progression plan for our staff in all departments.

At Oakfield Estate Agents, we recognise the hard work and dedication of our employees. We offer competitive basic salaries as well as generous commission packages. Performance is also recognised by regular incentives for employees from nights out to theatre trips. Some roles come with company cars and all staff receive a minimum of 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
We believe it is important that our staff socialise together as this improves rapport between the branches as well as the relationship between colleagues in the branches. Our annual Christmas Party is always thoroughly enjoyed by all staff as are other events organised throughout the year.
