My property career began after leaving the Army in 1995. While working for a local property company, I gained as much knowledge as possible and used my entrepreneurial spirit to imagine my own company that would allow me to grow as an industry leader while the business grew as well. I have always had the drive to succeed, and Oakfield Estate Agents provided an excellent opportunity to problem solve and expand within the market, two areas of great interest to myself. By growing Oakfield l have been able to work on the move while meeting new people and with a variety of industry experts.

Oakfield Estate Agents has been so successful that we have three branches; located in Hastings, Eastbourne, Bexhill and the head office in St. Leonards. I make it a priority to spend equal time at all branches to ensure a smooth operation and cohesion of company standards. By working closely with the teams, I have cultivated a positive working environment that grew from a one-person operation to nearly forty employees. I consider client service to be a top priority in all aspects of his business, whether that be while marketing, selling, teaching employees, or leading teams.

When I am not working, you can find me at home raising my two children, seven-year-old Madison and four-year-old Austin, alongside my loving wife. I enjoy spending time with my family at this young age and enjoy spending time with my family loving life. They love to take trips to the zoo, go bowling, swim, and travel.

Alongside Neil I am a co-founder of Oakfield Estate Agents, we have grown Oakfield from a one branch letting agent to the multi branch company it is today. As the Technical Director I work closely with our Block Management team on the major projects we undertake at the Blocks under our management. I prepare specifications of works for contractors to tender to and once the contractors commence with the works I oversee the project signing it off at the different stages. I love being out of the office meeting Clients and Contractors and seeing how different the property looks at the end of the project.

When I am not at work I enjoy a round of golf with friends and have a passion for racing driving, up until recently I competed in the Mini Challenge Racing Championship. I have 4 children who keep me busy with days out and my elder children take part in Motocross so I am regularly attending the different race meetings with them.

My career at Oakfield started in 2005 when I joined the sales team in our Hastings Branch, I came from a recruitment background however I set my sights on Estate Agency and haven’t looked back. After getting off to a great start at Oakfield I was promoted to Sales Manager then took over management of the Hastings Branch overseeing a team of staff doing both sales and lettings.

In 2015 my role changed I was promoted to Area Director, whilst I am still based in Hastings I oversee the day to day running of all the branches, I work closely with the Branch Managers to ensure that our Clients have a positive experience when dealing with Oakfield and that our staff have support and guidance in their roles. The thing I love most about my job is being able to take a step back and look at our practices and procedures to ensure the company is working proactively.

One of my passions in my role is our Apprenticeship Scheme, in 2016 Oakfield took the decision to employ Apprentices in our Branches, this has proved to be an excellent decision. From the beginning I have worked with the local collages to recruit Apprentices and once in the role I closely mentor them throughout their Apprenticeships something I thoroughly enjoy. I take great pride in watching them thrive in their roles.

My home life is very busy I have two young children who keep me on my toes! We love spending time as a family and enjoy frequent trips to the beach for walks along the promenade and bike rides. We enjoy breaks away in our caravan as well as holidays abroad. Our favourite holiday destination as a family is Disney World.

I have worked in the Property Industry since leaving school in 2004.  With huge support from the Company I have been lucky enough to work within different departments and grow my knowledge in multiple sectors of the business, achieving qualifications to become a full member with both ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) and the IRPM (Institution of Residential Property Management).  I enjoy the fast-paced environment of working in property, and particularly enjoy the problem-solving element to the work that we do.  Most of all I love working with people, and I believe that our success is largely down to the personal relationships that we continue to build with our clients.

My day to day role involves me overseeing the running of our growing Block Management Department, I work closely with Rachel to ensure that the blocks under our management are all managed efficiently and meet with Clients to tender for new business.

In my personal life I have a 3-year-old son, Marshall, who I spend the majority of my free time with.  We enjoy trips to the farm and like to go swimming every week amongst other things.  I also like to spend time with close friends and family, and I am fanatical about the world of Harry Potter!

In the Summer of 2010 I was delighted when I was offered the job as Lettings Negotiator in our Hastings Branch having been interested in the Lettings industry for some time I couldn’t wait to get started, from day one I found the job interesting and loved the fact no two days were the same.

During my years at Oakfield I progressed from a Lettings Negotiator to a Branch Manager, then Head Office Manager before stepping into the role of Executive Assistant to CEO in January 2016. As Executive Assistant I work closely with our CEO assisting him with changes to the business, support staff in their roles and oversee the marketing for the company I was heavily involved in our company rebrand that was launched in January 2017 and the design of our new website in 2018.

I am a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and consider one of my proudest achievements during my career to be when I won the Employee of the Year Award in 2014.

My home life is very busy I am married with a 1-year-old Daughter, I come from a large family and love nothing more than spending time with them all. My weekends are spent taking my daughter to Baby Ballet classes and enjoying time with my family. When I get a Saturday night off from being a Wife and Mother I can be found drinking cocktails with my friends!

I started with Oakfield in September 2009 as a Branch Coordinator, with the continued support and guidance from my peers I have progressed throughout my career at Oakfield and was promoted to Branch Manager in December 2016. My job as a Branch Manager challenged me every day in different ways, I was continuously learning and every day was different, I got to interact with landlords, tenants, vendors and buyers and this an aspect of the job that I really did enjoy.

In 2016 I received ‘Employee of the Year Award’ this is one of my proudest achievements during my career with Oakfield the award is highly regarded. I am also extremely proud to be a fully qualified member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

In September 2019 I was promoted to Business Development and Training Manager, I am excited to start this new chapter in my career at Oakfield.

I would describe myself as a social butterfly, I love socialising and I spend a lot of my time with my friends and family. I think it’s important to surround yourself with positive people to bring out the best of you. My friends would describe me as loud, fun loving and caring, I am always the shoulder to cry on and will always have a cup of tea waiting. I really enjoy history and love learning about our heritage, I love exploring new places and trying to put myself out of my comfort zone.

I had the privilege of joining Oakfield as their Company book-keeper in June 2005. I had just finished attending College and passed my AAT qualification at Technician level and this was a great opportunity for me to use the knowledge I had gained and Oakfield became one of my first clients. I look after the Company’s accounts, payroll and deliver the all important Monthly Management reports to the Directors and branch managers. It is a pleasure to be of service to Oakfield and to have seen the Company grow to what it is today. Even though I am an external book keeper I feel honoured to be classed as a member of the team. Working for Oakfield has given me valuable experience and confidence.

Outside of running a business with my husband and my own book keeping business I enjoy spending time with my family and granddaughter. I enjoy reading, swimming, dancing and travel.

Joining Oakfield in 2013 I took on the role of Accounts Administrator for the Block Management department. My hard work, dedication and all-round knowledge of the industry lead to me being promoted to Head of Block Management in late 2015. I am extremely passionate about my job and the success of the Block Management department. In my role I work closely with the Property Managers and Administrators to ensure the smooth running of all of the blocks under our management, ensuring that we are compliant with current legislations at all times. It is a very busy and demanding role but I thrive on that.

I am currently working towards my qualifications to become a member of IRPM (the Institute of Residential Property Management).

My personal life is very busy; hardly a weekend goes by when I am not out socialising with friends or away with my Husband. We love to travel whether it be in the UK or abroad, with Bali being a favourite place for us. Since getting married in 2017 I have found a real love for planning weddings and thoroughly enjoy helping other people plan their wedding day

I love being out of the office meeting with the Leaseholders and Freeholders looking around the properties and discussing on-going projects and potential for improvements.

I have lived in Eastbourne most of my life but moved to Bexhill in 2017. Outside of work I enjoy looking up many different healthy recipes to cook and try for me and my partner. I am an accounts administrator working at our Head Office, I joined Oakfield in September 2017 having come from a hospitality background. My role as accounts administrator is certainly a busy one but that is one of the things I enjoy about it. I liaise with Landlords and Tenants processing rental payments received and paying them over to the Landlord, serving notices where required and chasing Tenants in the event their rent isn’t paid.

My hobbies include watching Disney films, Beauty and the Beast is by far my favourite, going for afternoon tea (who doesn’t love cake?) and long muddy walks. My Husband I married in June 2018 I thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of wedding planning and didn’t really know what to do with myself when it was over. We love to travel and recently visited Valencia, we are already considering where to go on our next city break. At home I love to cook and bake much to the delight of my colleagues as I regularly let them sample my weekend bakes.

In early 2018 the opportunity came for me to join Oakfield, having worked in Estate Agency for over 5 years with a local agent the time had come for a change. I joined the Property Management team in our Hastings branch stepping into the role of ‘Senior Property Manager’. In this role I oversee the day to day running of the extensive management portfolio. I liaise with Landlords and Tenants regarding their deposits at the end of tenancies, organise minor and major works at properties as well as ensuring all properties are compliant with legislation.  I work along-side a fellow Property Manager as well as an administrators, I help to encourage and drive the team to ensure our clients receive only the highest standard of service. I enjoy the industries ever-changing climate and thrive off the challenges which come with property management.

My free time is mostly spent with my wife renovating our home we bought in 2017 we are enjoying the project but can’t wait till the house is finished and we can enjoy it. When I’m not painting or doing whatever task she has for me, I do manage to find time to run and cycle. Living by the coast, I try to ride at least 3 times a week along the promenade. I also enjoy both playing and watching football.

Following many years working for a Government Agency the time came for a career change and in March 2017 I joined Oakfield as a Branch Coordinator. My role requires me to work closely with the lettings team organising the diary, booking in appointments and ensuring everything in the office is running smoothly. I prepare the marketing details of properties to let, complete floor plans and deal with the administration process of this, as well as assisting with the referencing of prospective Tenants. I think it is fair to say the role I do is a busy one but one I thoroughly enjoy. I am currently working towards gaining my qualifications to become a member of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARLA).

When I’m not at work I spend my time trying to get fit at exercise classes and looking through Instagram looking for healthy meals that I never actually cook! I have two sons that are football mad, I spend most of my weekends taking them both to football training and matches supporting them with their achievements as much as I can. When we’re not running around with training mornings, we can often be found in the garden having a good kick about and brushing up on my skills.

After managing one of the biggest high street retailers in the country for the past 10 years I felt that I wanted to further my career and explore different avenues. Often referred to as the ‘Man in Hat’ you could pretty much say that I am part of the furniture. 17 years after joining Oakfield I am still here enjoying my role as ‘Home Guide’. I think it would be fair to say I have driven more miles than a London cabby, shown more properties than Phil and Kirstie themselves and I don’t think there is a road in Hastings that I haven’t visited. The Hastings Office is my pride and joy and the staff really do become your family.

Born and raised in Hastings Old Town, in the pub is where I spend most of my days. I love a quiz and getting involved with the local community. When I’m not in pub, you can find me in the kitchen cooking up a storm or in the garden knee deep in soil, I am very proud of my garden and it has even been featured on a programme with Jamie Oliver (I taught him a few cooking tricks while he was here).

I have been a property administrator for Oakfields Hastings branch since January 2018.
With over three years’ experience in an office-based environment, I continue to build on my knowledge working for a dynamic and interesting company. Building trust with clients and tenants is important to me, especially where people’s homes are concerned. My job is to ensure electrical and gas safety regulations are met and that the property is kept in good condition. Within the team we strive to resolve all maintenance issues as quickly as possible to minimise disruption. As well as this I carry out the referencing for all Applicants hoping to rent a property with Oakfield. I thrive on working for such a busy and proactive company.

I love the great outdoors and when I am not in the office, I jump at the chance to go for a long, muddy walk in the woods, farm visit or llama walking. I am a self-confessed Pinterest addict and I get a lot of upcycling and foodie inspiration from here, so I can cook up a storm for anyone who is brave enough to eat it. My guilty pleasures consist of chocolate, Harry Potter and 50’s nostalgia.

I started working in Property Management at the Hastings Branch in October 2018, however, did a previous stint with Oakfield from 2010 – 2011 as a Secretary to the Directors. My role as an Administrator in Property Management involves dealing with maintenance issues that arise on a day to day basis, as well as ensuring our Landlords are up to date with legislation with their properties. I am currently studying for my ARLA qualification and have passed three out of the four units. My goal is to complete the qualification by the end of June, so fingers crossed!

When I am not at work, my time is primarily taken up being a wife and a mother. I like to spend time with my family which usually involves trips to places like the zoo and theme parks – which I don’t mind at all being a big kid at heart! When I am not with my family like to socialise with my friends, although these days we have swapped the glasses of wine and the dancefloor for a cup of tea and the sofa. I would be described as friendly, sociable and slightly crazy – in a good way!

I joined Oakfield in late 2016 as a Senior Sales Marketing Consultant at our Bexhill branch. I bought with me over 20 years’ experience in the industry working in both sales and lettings.

My journey into estate agency started in 1997 as a trainee negotiator working for one of the well-known corporate agencies. From the very start of my career I knew that Estate Agency was a passion of mine, after a few years in different branches I was approached to run my own office an opportunity I jumped at. I was a manager for over 10 years running two very successful branches before making the decision to step down from management focus solely on sales as that is what I love.

Since being at Oakfield our Bexhill Branch has gone from strength to strength in sales which makes me very proud. At the end of 2017 I was promoted to Sales Manager and won the Negotiator or the Year Award, then in January 2019 I stepped into the role of Branch Manager of our Bexhill branch I am extremely proud to be the Manager of such a successful branch.

Outside of work, I am married and have a 5-year-old daughter, I love spending time with my family and at the weekends you will find me in my garden bar or in charge of the BBQ. In my (limited) spare time I enjoy watching football and playing golf.

I joined Oakfield early 2018, having previously worked for an estate agent in Eastbourne. My role is to arrange and carry out viewings, book marketing proposal meetings and make sure that our vendors get the best possible price for their property. I work closely alongside Phil and Josh to make sure that the beginning of our vendors sale is as smooth and as stress free as possible, I am always on hand to answer any questions our vendors or buyers may have. In September 2019 I was promoted to a Senior Sales Negotiator which means that I will start to carry out marketing proposal meetings and oversee the new stock that comes on in Hastings and St Leonards.

I have always worked within customer service and enjoy meeting new people so being within this industry is fantastic for me as I meet new people and help them when it comes to finding the perfect home for them to buy. Alongside my role as a Senior Sales Negotiator I am studying to get the qualifications to become a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).

I live in Hastings and have done all my life I am very familiar with Bexhill as I have family in the town and regularly spend time here. When I am not in the office tying up sales you will find me watching and playing football or spending time with my friends and family.

I joined the Oakfield team as a trainee sales negotiator at the start of 2019.  This role allows me to engage customers in conversation and helps be build rapport with them. This makes my role very enjoyable as I can be talking to many different people every day. I am passionate about my role here and will be working-hard to ensure that customers get the best possible deals on their properties, whether they are buying or selling and that they get the best customer service from any estate agents to make their time at Oakfield one to remember.
I am used to customer-facing and problem-solving roles given my previous experience working for the NHS. This role allowed me to inherit many skills such as making customer experience’s, smooth, simple, personalised and stress-free; attributes I will be employing now for Oakfield.
I am outgoing and charismatic and always looking to expand my knowledge.  When I’m not in the office, you can find me in the gym, at the cinema watching the latest films or hanging in bars with friends.

I have worked at Oakfield since 2015, initially in an administration job role, progressing to a Negotiator and am now the Lettings Manager in Bexhill my role includes carrying out all of the Lettings Marketing Proposal Meetings. I enjoy dealing with customers and enjoy meeting my clients on appointments and building rapports with them, one of my greatest achievements in my working career so far is winning Oakfield’s Customer Service award for two consecutive years and I have my sights set on the hattrick. I am also a fully qualified member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).

I have friends that live in various locations across the country and enjoy travelling to see them at weekends and having catch ups! I also enjoy going to the gym to (try) improve on fitness and taking part in fitness classes. My friends would describe me as a social butterfly I like spending time out and about and love being constantly on the go, in my evenings I like to go out for dinners and always enjoy the opportunity to go to events such as live music and theatre shows.

I started at Oakfield in Eastbourne as an Apprentice in the summer of 2016 after a complete career change, this made me realise estate agency is where I wanted the further my career. Only six months into my career I was very proud to win the Apprentice of the year award. In 2017 I stepped into the role of Lettings Negotiator in our Bexhill Branch, from when I joined Oakfield this is the role I wanted, and I was delighted when the job was offered to me. My job role includes carrying out the viewings, assisting tenants with the moving in process, conducting referencing and preparing moving in documents. Between Charlotte and I we ensure the process for the tenants is as smooth and stress free as possible. In 2017 I passed my Level 3 Technical Award in Lettings and Property Management to qualify to be a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

In August 2019 I was promoted to a Senior Lettings Negotiator which now gives me the opportunity to liaise with landlords when it comes to remarketing a property as and when their tenant vacates and to guarantee that the process is as smooth as it can be and to ensure that a new tenant is found as quick as possible

I have lived in Bexhill all my life and have a vast knowledge of the area, this enables me to provide Applicants and Landlords with the best possible information when it comes to the Lettings Market and the local area. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and socialising with friends and watching boxing. I also enjoy baking at home and browsing through social media to look for new exciting recipes for my boyfriend and I to try. All my friends would describe me as a caring, light-hearted, lovable person.

I have been a property manager at Oakfield since March 2016 and I am responsible for maintaining all the managed properties in Bexhill. A few roles of my job include; carrying out property visits, resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, liaising between Tenants and Landlords to prevent/resolve deposit disputes adhering to TDS/DPS regulations and ensuring all properties have the required documentation to make them compliant with legislation.

I thoroughly enjoy liaising with Tenants and Landlords alike and maintaining a repour by offering support and assistance when needed.

I class myself as a friendly and approachable person, I am outgoing, fun (I hope) and hard working.

I have a lot of previous experience in customer service and even sales, I enjoyed completing level 3 in massage and diploma in anatomy and physiology at Sussex Downs College way back when and am very interested in aromatherapy and holistic remedies.

In my spare time enjoy spending quality time with my new Fiancé and teenage Daughter either dining out as a family, watching movies or painting. I also love cooking and experimenting with new dishes, although some are more successful than others. I also try and make time for my friends as I love a good catch up and gossip!

I joined Oakfield in July 2018 as part of the administration team for the Bexhill Branch. My role includes ensuring property are advertised and listed correctly and that all branch correspondence is managed and distributed appropriately. With my attention to detail and my organisation skills I hope to become a real asset to Oakfield.

In my spare time I love to swim, I used to compete at both country and regional levels, I was and still am very proud of my swimming achievements. I love making memories with friends and family whether it be a family Sunday lunch or a shopping day with friends. I love to travel and have been fortunate enough to visit some amazing places some of my favourites have been Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Florida. I cant wait to see more of the world and I am very excited for what the future has to offer.

I started my estate agency career in August 2019 as an apprentice administrator. I am loving the company and everyone I work with are so friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait for the future and where it leads me in Oakfield. 

Outside of work I enjoy spending my free time horse riding. It is a very sociable sport which led me to meeting a lot of people I became very good friends with and made me very confident getting to know new people. I also love to spend time with friends going to music concerts, festivals and travelling. We’ve already visited a few places together in Italy, Rome, Assisi and Venice and can’t wait to explore more.

My estate agency career began when I joined Oakfield early 2011, having lived locally all my life, property was always something that fascinated me. I am the Senior Branch Partner of our Eastbourne Branch and one of the things I love most about my job is building a fantastic rapport up with our clients, I thoroughly enjoy dealing with people and delivering a fantastic level of customer service. I was awarded Oakfield’s Customer Service Award two years running.

I am a fully qualified member of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARLA) as well as The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA). At our 2017 awards ceremony I received what I consider to be the most prestigious award given out, the ‘Employee of the Year’ I was very excited I had been chosen to receive this award. Prior to moving to our Eastbourne branch I had 4 years as Branch Manager of our Bexhill where we won “Branch of the Year” two years in a row which made me incredibly proud!

I am a very organised person and love to keep the office, (and husband!) in check, I have a large family and enjoy spending time with them, I regularly go to concerts with my Mum – she mainly makes sure that we are in the que by 9am to be in the front row! I enjoy eating out with my husband, we love trying new food and new places. We also like to make sure we see lots of the world, so are always planning where we would like to go next.

I started with Oakfield in November 2015 as the Branch Administrator, since then I have progressed to become the Senior Branch Administrator in the Eastbourne branch. Working with Oakfield I have learnt many aspects of the residential sales and lettings process.

During my career I have completed my qualifications to become a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and in 2017 at our annual awards ceremony I was very proud to receive the ‘Administrator of the Year’ award.

Before working at Oakfield I was an assistant manager at a local cocktail bar which means I make a mean espresso martini. I have been raised in Eastbourne and absolutely love where I live. In my personal time I enjoy sunny walks along the downs and seafront, dining out at local restaurants, spending time with family and socialising with friends.

I joined Oakfield at the beginning of 2019 as an Apprentice Administrator after deciding it was time for a change from the customer service related jobs I had found myself in after leaving school. I felt Oakfield was the right Estate Agency for me to begin my new career within because everyone works closely together as well as being very welcoming and friendly.

I started working at the Eastbourne branch which is the town where I was brought up, so I know the local area very well. I have always had an interest in properties and working at Oakfield I feel as though I have the support behind me to progress further into estate agency.

When i’m not working I like spending time with friends, family and my boyfriend, eating out at local restaurants, going for walks along the seafront and trips to the cinema… sometimes I even make it to the gym.

Estate Agency has been a career I wanted to pursue for a long time and when I started with Oakfield, I just knew it was the job for me. I began my journey in summer 2019 after finally finding the perfect position within a well trusted estate agents. I felt Oakfield was the right Estate Agent when I read about their company values and how close knit the team was, I was pleasantly surprised when I started my first day in Eastbourne, everyone was so welcoming and made me feel at home straight away. Being as I grew up with my family in Eastbourne I have a strong knowledge of the local area and I know my way around.

When im not working I spent my time with my family and my partner out enjoying nature and their company.

I can’t wait to progress further into my career with the help of the wonderful Oakfield team.

I began my Estate Agency career in 2000 with a new homes division of a national corporate agent and worked for a large corporate agent before joining Oakfield in 2009 as a Sales Negotiator. During this time I took a career break to start a family and enjoy time with my two young boys, but I returned to Oakfield in January 2017 at an exciting time when the team was growing and the branch was moved to its fantastic new location on Cornfield Road. As Sales Manager I spend my days visiting properties to carry out Marketing Proposal Meetings, keeping Vendors updated on the marketing of their property and progressing sales from sale through to completion.

During my Estate Agency career, I have gained my level 3 NVQ and Diploma in Residential Sales as well as becoming a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).

When I am not working my two boys keep me busy! We enjoy days out and family holidays. I enjoy sewing and crafts, particularly making memory animals from children’s first clothing, and I love a nice glass of wine and a good crime thriller.

I joined Oakfield in 2019 as a Sales Negotiator, having come over from my previous in telesales where I gained plenty of knowledge in selling products and communicating with customers on a day to day basis, I joined Oakfield as I was ready to make a solid career for myself in a successful company, it is my job to meet applicants and show them around properties, keep in regular contact with the vendor for updates as to how the property is getting on, dealing with offers on all properties, and making sure the process is very smooth and successful for both parties.

I would describe myself as, friendly, outgoing, and a good laugh to be around. In my spare time I like socialising with my friends, weather that be at the local pub winning on the dart board or pool table, or playing football. I like to keep active and healthy by going to the gym when I have the time. I have recently moved out of my parents house, so I am also having to adapt to that and eating a lot of burnt food!

I joined Oakfield in September 2019 as a Lettings Manager at our Eastbourne Branch. I brought with me almost 5 years’ experience in the Lettings industry which has led me to be personal yet driven to provide the best service possible to all my clients.

I started in the industry as an administrator and after showing lots of ability and drive to want to give the best service possible I was soon promoted to the front end business where I was predominantly dealing with clients and ensuring they had the best journey possible while dealing with myself in the property industry. After proving myself at a large corporate company I was then promoted to Lettings Manager and I have really just made sure that both my staff and my customers receive a 5 star service with a smile from myself and to me I honestly believe people buy from people so I will always provide the best service to give you the best journey.

Outside of work I like to spend time in the gym to maintain a clear head as well as spending time with my long-term partner. I’m quite a fun guy and like to have a jokes with friends and work colleagues however If I’m not at work I’m sure you’ll find me either in the garden or watching boxing as I do like to try and get some down time when not at the gym.

I started my estate agency career in the summer of 2018 as an apprentice administrator, then stepped into the role of a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at the beginning of 2019. I have previous work experience within customer service, I love interacting and dealing with customers so am very pleased that I get to do this on a day to day basis. I have lived locally all my life with my mum, dad and two younger brothers so feel I know the area pretty well.

I studied Art and Design at college, specialising in graphics and illustration, which is something I will always love to do in my spare time whenever I get the chance. I see this is a massive career change but when I left college, my boyfriend and I were looking into renting a property together and I found the process so interesting. Estate agency is now where my heart is and something I know I can build a lasting career. I love to spend time with my family and friends as frequently as I can, I feel they would describe me as someone who is very happy, silly and kind-hearted. I always put others first and care too much (sometimes this can be a bad trait to have!!). In my evenings after work I love to spend time with my boyfriend, going out for dinner, going to the cinema or watching T.V chilling at home. We have only recently been on our first holiday together (also my very first one) to Barcelona however we absolutely loved it and can’t wait to see the rest of the world.

I joined Oakfield in August as a Property Administrator. My role includes dealing with maintenance issues, resolving any issues or queries that tenants or landlords may have regarding their properties, making sure landlords and properties are compliant with ever changing legislations and I also deal with landlords and tenants regarding their deposits at the end of tenancies. Having worked in an office for three years prior to moving to Eastbourne, I feel much more at home in an office based role!

My free time is mainly spent with my boyfriend although I do often find myself travelling back home to Croydon to spend time with friends. Since recently having come back from Dublin, I’m keen to have a few more city breaks and explore
