COVID-19 GUIDANCE

On Saturday 9th December Oakfield held our annual Awards presentation and Christmas party evening at Bannatyne Hotel in Hastings.

The evening commenced with a brief overview of the year before moving onto the always much anticipated awards! Following this we joined all the other attendees in for the dinner and dance, with the 1066 Rockitmen performing for the evening.

A great evening was had by all, well done to our award winners who were as follows;

Customer Service Award – Charlotte Wilkinson, Negotiator
This year’s award winner, Charlotte a Negotiator in our Bexhill branch has received 105 positive reviews this year and is ranked 175 out of 42,601 agents in the UK. Her clients describe her as ‘friendly, professional and helpful’ as well as ‘being a very likable person, who demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the market’.

Employee of the Year – Chloe Taylor, Branch Manager

Chloe, Branch Manager in our Bexhill branch, has been with Oakfield for 6 years she is dedicated, hardworking, and always goes above and beyond to ensure the job is done to the fullest of her potential. A very deserving winner of this award.

Negotiator of the Year – Phil Hall, Sales Manager

This award is given to the member of staff whom has shown overall performance and progression in their role either in sales or lettings. Phil joined Oakfield at the end of 2016 in our Bexhill branch and 2017 has seen him list 118 properties for sale. An extremely successful first year with Oakfield.

Apprentice of the Year – Jade Johnston

This award is to acknowledge the hardwork and dedication of our apprentices who come to work everyday eager to learn the business as well as attending college and studying for the apprenticeship. This years winner, Jade, joined our Hastings branch in May 2017 and has very quickly proven herself to be a valuable member of the team.

Property Manager of the Year – Katie Nichols, Property Manager
This is award is to acknowledge the excellent work carried out by both our in Branch Property Managers and our Block Management team. Katie joined Oakfield in March 2017 and always goes above and beyond to ensure that our customers experience with Oakfield is a positive one and that maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Rising Star of the Year – Callum Smith, Sales Negotiator
This is a new award for 2017 to recognise an employee within the company who has started in a junior position within Oakfield and has fully committed themselves to learning the role and proving themselves to be an invaluable member of the team. Callum joined Oakfield in the Summer of 2016 having come from working in retail he joined in a junior role and has worked exceptionally hard to learn the role and make a success of it.

Administrator of the Year – Rebecca Green, Branch Administrator
Another new award for 2017 to recognise the administrators within the branch who’s job roles are very demanding! Rebecca has been with us since 2015 in our Eastbourne branch, her job role is key in the successful running of the branch and he outstanding organisation and attentional to detail are just two of the reasons she is so successful at the job she does.

Branch of the Year – Bexhill

This is always a tough decision, this year the decision was made on the growth of the branch and the commitment that the staff within said branch show to Oakfield. Since its opening in 2010 the Bexhill branch has established it’s self well and is one of the towns leading agents. The team in the branch are extremely motivated and dedicated to being the best they can be.
