Employee of the Year 2015 – Anna Hill, Lettings Progressor
Anna joined Oakfield in July 2015 and brought with her 10 years of invaluable experience in administration and customer service. Her role was new to Oakfield, creating a centralised point for referencing and to improve our communication with Tenants. Customer Service Award 2015 – Chloe Fox, Branch Manager
Perhaps the most prestigious award of the evening is the Customer Service Award. Oakfield pride themselves on excellent customer service and the only way this can be proven is by the positive feedback that we receive from our clients. Sales Negotiator of the Year 2015 – Georgia Standen-Davis
This award is for overall performance and progression in their role as a Sales Negotiator. Georgia joined Oakfield in April 2014 as a Trainee Property Manager, she excelled herself in this role, however her passion was to become a Sales Negotiator, and she was given the opportunity and Joined our Eastbourne Branch in February 2015. Lettings Negotiator of the Year 2015 – Hollie Stinson
This award was voted by the Directors in overall performance and progression in their role as a Lettings Negotiator. It was clear from the off-set that Hollie would be destined to progress quickly within the Company, and after her success as a Negotiator, she was offered the challenge listing properties as well. Branch of the Year 2015 – Eastbourne
This was, like every year, so close and a tough decision for the Directors to make. Since it’s opening in 2009, the Eastbourne branch has earned its place in the town, setting Oakfield above its competitors and making Oakfield a household name in the town.
