Oakfield Expansion Plans

Oakfield is to open its third branch as part of its expansion programme.

The new high street office located in Bexhill on Sea will be opening in March 2010.

The Oakfield expansion follows 14 years of successful trading in Hastings and the successful opening of there second Branch in Eastbourne in August last year.

Expansion is being over seen by Directors Neil Newstead and Stephen Ruxton-Cocker.

The Bexhill branch is located on the corner of Sackville Road and Wickham Avenue and will cover all areas of Bexhill.

The branch will be managed by Kevin Andrews, previous Negotiator at Hastings and will be offering both Sales and Lettings. Kevin Andrews said “The new branch is in a fantastic location, the branch is going to look spectacular and will stand out from all others in Bexhill, along with my experience, expertise and passion, I feel confident it won’t take long to build a reputation second to none and become the market leaders in both Sales and Lettings.”
