Hannah Stanbridge – Branch Manager

Hannah has been an employee of Oakfield since 2009 starting as a Branch Coordinator and working her way up to being appointed as Branch Manager in 2016. She is extremely organised and there is very little about Oakfield and the sales and lettings markets she doesn’t know! Hannah was Oakfield’s Employee of the Year 2016 an achievement she is, rightfully, very proud of.

Jules Greenhow – Senior Sales Marketing Consultant

Jules joined the Hastings team in June 2017 as a Senior Sales Marketing Consultant. Having worked for a corporate competitor for many years there is very little about Estate Agent that Jules doesn’t know. Jules is extremely enthusiastic and has a real passion for property. She brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge as well as excellent customer service skills. Jules is responsible for carrying out all of our Sales Marketing Proposal Meetings and works closely with Callum when it comes to tying up sales.

Adam Sellers – Senior Sales Negotiator

Adam first joined Oakfield in September 2013 as a Junior Sales Negotiator within the Hastings Branch. Adam passed his NAEA exams in such a short period of time which lead to his promotion to a Full Time Sales Negotiator. With his excellent customer service skills and his dedication to the job, Adam was again quickly promoted to a Property Marketing Consultant. In 2015, Adam was offered the opportunity to work for a globally recognised real estate company in Dubai. He took this opportunity with both hands and enjoyed his time in Dubai for 2 years, gaining a better understanding of the international market. After his time in Dubai, Adam decided that being home closer to his family was the best move for him and returned home. He re-joined the Hastings Branch in July 2017 as a Senior Sales Negotiator and works alongside both Callum and Jules in the Sales department.

Callum Smith – Sales Negotiator

Callum has been with Oakfield since early June 2016. Callum has been learning the role of a Sales Negotiator and works very closely with Jules. Have come from a career in retail, Callum has decided property is where his real passion lies and is enjoying learning all aspects of Estate Agency. Callum can be found carrying out viewings, liaising with applicants advising them of the latest properties to market and assisting Hannah our Branch Manager with sales progression.

Amy Williams – Lettings Negotiator

Amy joined Oakfield at the end of 2015 as a Branch Coordinator within a short time it became clear that she had the skills and expertise to make an excellent negotiator and was promoted to this role. Her day to day role sees her carrying out viewings, liaising with Tenants and our lettings progressors to get Tenants moved into properties as well as ensuring our applicants are kept up to date on the latest properties coming to market.

Patrick Woolgar – Lettings Negotiator

Having proven himself as an apprentice assisting the Negotiators and Listers in their roles, February 2017 saw Patrick promoted to a Lettings Negotiator. In his role as a Lettings Negotiator Patrick works closely with Georgia and Amy assisting Tenants with finding new properties and taking them through the process to get them referenced and moved in.

Katie Nichols – Property Manager

Katie joined Oakfield in January 2017, having worked in customer service for 15 years Katie brings a great wealth of knowledge of dealing with clients and providing great customer service. Katie works closely with both Francesca and Katie dealing with maintenance issues that arise as well as dealing with the day to day running of the property management department.

Francesca McGuigan – Property Manager

Francesca also known as Frankie works closely with Katie dealing with maintenance issues that arise as well as organising regular maintenance to ensure our properties remain compliant at all times.

Katie Matthews – Branch Administrator

Katie joined Oakfield in January 2017 stepping into the busy role of Branch Administrator. Having worked in customer care and admin for over 12 years she brings plenty of experience with her. Katie works very closely with the Branch Manager Hannah assuring that the day to day running of the Hastings Office runs smoothly as well as assisting both the lettings and sales department.

Jade Johnson – Administration Apprentice

Jade joined the Hastings team in May 2017, alongside working for Oakfield and learning all she can about Estate Agency and Residential Lettings. Jade is also doing a Business Admin Apprenticeship and hopes to start a career within the property industry.

Victor Reed – Home Guide

When it comes to Oakfield Vic Reed was put in with the foundations, starting with Oakfield more than 19 years ago. Everyone who knows Vic loves him for his happy go lucky persona and his fantastic array of hats. Vic is an irreplaceable member of our Oakfield family and can be found spending his days as our very helpful viewing guide.
