Oakfield celebrated its tenth anniversary on the 2nd of December 2006 … and they celebrated in style with a black-tie and ballgown champagne reception followed by a grand dinner at the Royal Victoria Hotel in St. Leonards-on-Sea.

10 years in any business is cause enough for a celebration, but in the ever-changing world of property, to make the grade, let alone become a market leader in that space of time, is indeed quite a remarkable achievement. Having started their business in the lettings and management sector back in 1996, Oakfield set themselves the task of growing their business through providing a superior and dedicated service to clients looking to rent accommodation and to landlords looking to have their properties managed. Growing from a two-man band managing 4 properties, Oakfield is now a thriving business that now manages over 1000 properties, employs over 30 people, and has established a new, and very successful sales division. Ten years and a lot of hard work have paid off, and celebrating in style was a small gesture in saying thank you to all those who work diligently with Oakfield and contribute to its success, and to those who have supported the vision and growth of the company from day one. |
