1. Advertise the property in local publications. The property will also be advertised in our window and on our website at www.oakfield-property.co.uk.
2. Interview all prospective tenants before accompanying them on a viewing. Full details are taken of the individual's circumstances to assess their suitability as tenants.
3. Once a suitable applicant has been found, Oakfield PM Ltd will take up one professional and one character reference and carry out a credit search on the applicant(s).
4. Prepare the initial Tenancy Agreements and arrange signature from both parties.
5. Collect a deposit.
6. Collect the first months rent.
7. Provide a detailed account to the client.
8. Pass over all information to the Client for them to continue with the management of the property.
