In recent years the demand for our Estate Management Service has increased dramatically and we now manage numerous blocks of flats in Sussex & the surrounding area. In many instances, we are appointed to act on behalf of a private Freeholder or Corporate Landlord. In this situation we collect the ground rent and ensure the Freeholder's, repairing, maintenance and insurance obligations are complied with under the terms of the lease. We also act on behalf of Limited and Right to Manage Companies formed by Leaseholders. We can arrange services such as gardening, cleaning, insurance and accounts as required. We also budget for and calculate the service charge to be collected from each leaseholder in order to meet the anticipated outgoings. [download PDF] |
